Ajit Pawar's Hinjewadi visit at 6 am; Officials were woken up for work on Sunday morning

Hinjewadi, Pune (13 July, 2025) - From 6 am today, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar conducted a direct site inspection of various problems in the Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, Hinjewadi area of Pune and the Pune Metro Line 3 project. During this visit, he inspected station no. 06 Croma, Hinjewadi station no. 03, Hinjewadi station no. 02, Helipad Circle, Maan Road, Maan Gaon, Laxmi Chowk etc.

Due to this early morning inspection visit of the Deputy Chief Minister, senior officials and the local administration had to wake up early on Sunday morning and immediately start work. There was a detailed discussion on the accumulated rainwater, potholed roads, huge traffic jams, inadequate infrastructure. Local citizens and IT employees had drawn attention to these problems for the last few days. Taking note of this, Ajit Pawar himself attended the meeting in the morning and reviewed the situation.

He has given clear instructions to the senior officers present during the visit. He gave strict instructions to take immediate measures and complete the work within the time frame to resolve the problems. Many works have actually started.

Ajit Pawar also clarified that the administration is trying to find a permanent solution to the problems caused by the traffic, infrastructure and metro project in Hinjewadi.

“I have come here not only to see the problems, but to solve them. A time limit has been set for every work. If they delay even after that, action will be taken against the concerned,”

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shekhar Singh, PMRDA Commissioner Yogesh Mhase, Zilla Parishad Officer, Maval and Mulshi Sub-Divisional Officers, Pollution Control Board Officers and other government officials were present at the time.
