Pune : Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in Pune is set to host E-Summit Pune ’26, a week-long celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity from March 17 to March 24, 2026. The event is being organized by the institute’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell (VEDC) and aims to provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators, and students to showcase ideas and connect with industry leaders.
The summit will begin on March 17 with a Startup Showcase, where emerging entrepreneurs will present their startup ventures and innovative business ideas. The showcase is expected to offer attendees insights into upcoming trends in business and technology while encouraging collaboration among young innovators.
As part of the summit, several entrepreneurial competitions will also be conducted to test participants’ strategic thinking and business acumen. Events such as Pitch Perfect and Boardroom will challenge students to refine their ideas, build strategies, and compete in simulated business environments designed to mirror real-world challenges.
One of the major highlights of the summit will be the E-Talks session on March 23, featuring distinguished personalities from different industries. Speakers include Sanjay Katkar, co-founder of Quick Heal Technologies; Abhijeet Andhare, founder of Trident Gaming and widely known as Ghatak; and Khalid Wani, founder and board member of One Capitall Limited, who brings extensive experience in banking, finance, and investment advisory. The session will also feature a special musical performance by Shubhankar Salil Kulkarni and his band Tale of Melodies, adding an artistic dimension to the event.
The summit will conclude on March 24 with the Summit Showdown, the grand finale of the week-long event. The closing ceremony will feature a special appearance by actress and content creator Deesha Katkar and a performance by Saurabh Bhosle. The event will culminate in an energetic live band performance, promising an electrifying end to the celebration.
With a mix of startup showcases, competitions, expert talks, and entertainment, E-Summit Pune ’26 aims to inspire students and budding entrepreneurs while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
